The travel opportunities that lay at our doorstep are often taken for granted. We often talk about summer holidays far away but forget that endless and very unique travel experiences are waiting right at our doorstep. 

It's time to (safely) explore the country we're in and support local communities who this year especially have been devastated with bushfires and COVID isolation. And oh how lucky are we - the varied Australian landscape offers a type of experience for everyone.

1. Kangaroo Valley, NSW

Devastated by bushfires early this year, support the local community and explore the breathtaking mountain and valley views, bush walks aplenty and wineries galore.

2. Mount Martha, VIC

Located 68 kilometres south of Melbourne City Centre and on the Mornington Peninsula, this bushland meets coast quiet town is where you will find The Pillars - think crystal clear water, steep cliffs and pebble beaches. 

3. Coolum Beach, QLD
