    New Zealand

    International Express Shipping: NZD$12.00 (FREE over NZD $80)

    All New Zealand orders will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia, within 1 to 2 business days. Please allow up to 10 working days, depending on your region. 

    Australia Post has notified us of potential delays due to the tightening of borders, more stringent policies around social distancing and increased pressure on logistics due to COVID-19, Your Boody order is still coming, no matter where you are, so please exercise some patience if it arrives a day or two late. We're all in this together.

    Important Note

    Please note that the free shipping option becomes available automatically at time of checkout when your shopping cart content value after discount and excluding gift cards meets the minimum value threshold. No promo code required. Free shipping is a limited promotion and not available for orders delivered outside of New Zealand (min NZD$80).

    Singapore

    International Express Shipping:

    • $30 flat fee on orders under A$100
    • $10 flat fee on orders over A$100

    All Singapore orders will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. 

    Hong Kong

      International Express Shipping:

      All Hong Kong orders will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. 

      Rest of the world

      Standard Shipping: A$89 (FREE over A$300)

      All international orders will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery to countries outside Australia takes between 5-26 working days, depending on your location. For faster and more affordable shipping in your region we recommend checking our international online stores.

        Please be aware that different countries have unique customs rules and regulations. Unfortunately if your package gets held at customs you will be responsible for communication and any additional costs required to release your item(s).

        Tracking your order

        As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number that can be used to check your parcel’s progress. To track your parcel and get an estimated delivery time, just follow the link in the tracking email.

        Estimated Delivery Time

        To estimate your delivery time, visit Australia Post and enter the postcode 2759 in the ‘From’ field and your own postcode in the ‘To’ field. Remember to also consider the processing time for dispatching your order when working out when to expect your parcel!

        Delivery conditions

        Signature on Delivery

        All orders sent to New Zealand are done so with Signature on Delivery. If you wish to have your order sent with Authority to Leave please contact our Customer Happiness team and we we will do our best to arrange this.

        While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, Boody Australia will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over, or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight, including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

        Please note that international orders (including to New Zealand) cannot be delivered to Post Office boxes.

        If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and ask you whether you would prefer to be refunded for those items or those items held and sent to you once back in stock.

        Customs and import charges for international orders

        Depending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import or customs charges. These charges are imposed by the destination country and we are not able to control or estimate any applicable fees or charges. Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery. Please check with your country’s customs service if you need more information.
