I love the thicker feel of these socks. They provide just the right amount of warmth and are great for chilly days. I like to wear them around the house but can also confirm that they are indeed comfortable with boots. They have held up well. I wash on delicate and tumble dry on low heat and have not noticed any pilling. I’ve now tossed out all my wool socks that made me itchy and too hot because I much prefer these Boody socks!
